Returns & Refund Policy

We make every effort to provide you with a perfect product each and every time you order. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us or if broken in transit. We will not replace or refund for change of mind or misuse of a product. Products must be returned to us, and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if it is deemed the product is faulty.

If a product is damaged in transit, information must be sent via email to hello@whitecovecandles.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Unfortunately without this information we cannot lodge a claim through our shipping partners which may result in us not being able to replace or refund your item/s.

If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges and expenses are non-refundable. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you via email. White Cove Candles will cover shipping costs for a replacement product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
